In case of a critical incident (outage, failure, intrusion…), follow the instructions below. Contract clients have received dedicated procedures and contact details.

  1. 1. Call emergency support

    Dial the number below. Outside office hours, the voicemail will tell you what to do or the on-call number if you are under contract with emergency access.

  2. 2. Contract clients

    If you have a contract with WhiteProvider, you have received by email or document the procedures to follow in an emergency (dedicated number, priority ticket, etc.). Follow those instructions first.

  3. 3. Describe the incident

    Specify the nature of the problem (server, site, email, access…), the impact and if possible error messages. We prioritise stabilisation and service recovery.
